Today we’ve started a 5 gallon AG kit this is s brewdog kit to make a batch of 5am Saint.
We’ve also upgraded to corny keg, we managed to get a 6.35kg co2 cylinder all in cheaper than going the Soda stream route which seemed a no brainer. So this brew will be the first batch into kegging.

This batch is in the corny keg and has had 16psi of CO2 added.
Some of the brew got bottled, we got some labels made up by the nice guys at www.yourbrew.org fantastic products and great customer service.
We’e recently upgraded our setup and this is the first day of brewing a 5 gallon whole grain beer. We’ve gone for a recipie kit from CRAFTYBREWS of a tribute replica.
Now the 90 min wait to mash.
Mash tun success and managed to keep on top of the mash water. Wort now in the boiler just waiting for it too boil.
